# Download a Site Collector Image

Follow these steps to download a site collector image once you have [created a site collector in Epiphany](/technical-documentation/site-collectors/site-collector-guide/create-a-site-collector-in-epiphany.md).&#x20;

* On the **Site Collectors** panel, in the card for the site collector, select the **Actions** button.

* Select **Download Image**.&#x20;

* The message shown below displays. Select **Download Image**.\

The Site Collector image is approximately 2.6 GB. You should expect about a 20-minute download time over average business class connections. You will need to uncompress the site collector for loading into the VMWare or Hyper-V cluster.

**Note**: If you need a Hyper-V site collector, you will have to speak with your account manager to be provided with the image via email.
