# Add the Qualys Credentials to Epiphany

**Step 1:**

* Log in to your Epiphany account. 
* In the left menu, expand **Source Management** and select **Configuration.**\

* Expand **Cloud** and then expand **Vulnerability Management.**
* Select **Add New Datasource.**

* Select **Qualys** to open the form to add credentials.

#### Step 2:

* On the **Add New Datasource** page, enter this information:
  * **Data Source Name**: A description of the Qualys account. This is a required field.
  * **Data Source Owner**: The name of your Qualys admin. This is typically the person adding the data source.
  * **Data Source Notes**: Any additional information about the account.
  * **Username**: Enter **Epiphany**. This is a required field.
  * **Password**: Enter a password that meets your organization's security requirements. This is a required field.
  * Toggle **Active** to on.
* Select **Save**.
