Dear Epiphany user,
On 2nd August 2023 Reveald will be deploying the Q3 release of the Epiphany Intelligence Platform to your cloud instance. This will cause a service disruption window of the user interface from 12:00 to 17:00 as we migrate you to this new version of our platform - no data will be lost.
Your data, configuration, and user credentials remain valid and there are no migration steps required for this update.
You can expect service to resume by 17:00 at the latest, and we will notify you if the migration is likely to exceed this time window.

Based on feedback from customers and industry experts, this release is designed to improve the usability and productivity of our AI-assisted vulnerability prioritization toolset and to bring our ticketing module from early adopter to full General Availability. It also acts as the foundation for the 2H 2023 initiatives which will be communicated in August.
Revised and modernized user interface with performance and usability improvements.
Improved dashboarding and charting capabilities, including revised and simplified graph diagrams, and improved clarity for charts and widgets based on a modernized style guide.
New - Ticketing Center - supporting ticket workflows, audit, status, and commentary, with the option to sync to JIRA. The Ticketing System can be enabled for your instance on request to your Reveald team.
New - Document Exchange Center - an integrated module to view your Reveald documentation, cyber threat research, and other important information. The Document center will be rolled out to your instance over Q3 2023.
This Q3 launch is not expected to disrupt or change working practices.
