# Windows Installer Update

EVE performs the platform and agent updates automatically. However, if needed, users can manually add a new version of the installer. EVE must supply these files. To update and add a new Windows installer, follow the steps below:

1. Go to Endpoints in the platform.
2. Click on the <img src="/files/G4N8ivNL5NLIVQzvyzgl" alt="" data-size="line"> button located in the upper right corner.
3. The Download Agent window will be displayed.
4. Click on the <img src="/files/quvQlOETKPIsWwaIEX8p" alt="" data-size="line"> menu icon on the top right corner of the window.
5. A list of available versions will be displayed. Select the desired option.
   * Update Windows Installer
   * Update GNULinux Installer
   * Delete Insider
6. Select Update Windows Installer.
7. Review the displayed sections:
   * **Select a File:** Upload the file from the local location on the computer.
   * **Name:** Enter the name of the file to be uploaded.
   * **Version:** Specify the version of the file to be uploaded.
   * **Load:** Click the upload button to upload the EVE Agent to the Platform.
