# Remove a Host

EVE allows endpoints to be removed from the platform. Note that if the EVE agent has not been uninstalled from the endpoint, the endpoint will be re-registered in the table. To permanently remove an endpoint, follow the steps below and uninstall the EVE agent. See the section on <mark style="color:orange;">Uninstalling the EVE Agent</mark> for details.

1. From the Endpoints tab, find the button with the icon located in the Actions column.
2. Click on <img src="/files/xpkUkziYIepXDji8d6vl" alt="" data-size="line"> to remove the host or click <img src="/files/K9lmfwCjqxGV1rKnjFXw" alt="" data-size="line"> to discard the changes.
