# Obtaining Logs of the Isolation Process

Feature allowed only for Windows environments.

To obtain the Local Isolation Process logs, follow the steps below:

1. On the Endpoint go to the following folder:\
   C:\Program Files (x86)\EVE\EVEAgent\EVEContain\txt For 64-bit environments
2. &#x20;From the files that appear in that folder, select the files the user want to get.

The user can also obtain these logs remotely, see section <mark style="color:yellow;">View and Download Isolation Log.</mark>
