# Obtaining Logs of the Agent from the cloud instance

The user can obtain the EVE agent logs from the cloud instance of an online endpoint, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Endpoints Diagram Tab.
2. Click on the Downloads Logs <img src="/files/3FWk3RaopPTmVQzEZ7G3" alt="" data-size="line"> button of the endpoint the user wants to obtain the logs.
3. Select the logs date the user want to download. If the date is valid the download will start. Otherwise, a warning will appear.
