# Operating System Requirements

### Supported Versions for a Windows Endpoint <a href="#toc98838565" id="toc98838565"></a>

The EVE Software is available to run on physical endpoints or virtual machines, with all the following versions of Windows:

* Windows 7
* Windows 8
* Windows 10
* Windows 11
* Windows Server 2016
* Windows Server 2019
* Windows Server 2022

### Supported Versions for a Linux Endpoint <a href="#toc98838566" id="toc98838566"></a>

The EVE Software is available to run in environments with all the following Linux distributions:

* GNU/Linux Ubuntu 18.4 and higher.
* RedHat 8.4 and higher
